Wagering / Rollover Requirement
KEY TERM
This is the most important bonus term. It tells you how many times you must bet your bonus funds before any winnings can be withdrawn. An X10 requirement means if you receive a RM100 bonus, you must place RM1,000 worth of bets total. X15 means RM1,500; X20 means RM2,000.
Example: Receive RM200 bonus with X10 rollover â you must wager RM2,000 before withdrawing. Meets requirement? Your winnings become cashable.
Maximum Bet During Bonus
While playing with active bonus funds, most platforms cap the maximum bet per round or per spin. This prevents players from quickly "gambling through" the wagering requirement with one large stake. Exceeding the max bet can void your bonus and any associated winnings.
Example: Max bet during bonus = RM250. Placing a RM300 single bet while a bonus is active may result in bonus forfeiture.
Game Contribution (%)
Not all games count equally toward clearing the wagering requirement. Slots typically contribute 100% â every RM1 wagered on slots counts as RM1 toward the rollover. Table games like baccarat and blackjack often contribute only 10â20%. Check the bonus T&C for a full game contribution table.
Example: Wager RM100 on baccarat (10% contribution) = only RM10 counts toward your RM2,000 rollover target.
Bonus Expiry
Bonuses are not permanent. Most promotional credits expire within 7, 14, or 30 days of being credited if the wagering requirement isn't met within that window. Expired bonuses and any uncashed winnings from them are typically forfeited automatically.
Example: Welcome bonus credited on 1 Jan with 14-day expiry â must complete wagering by 15 Jan, or the bonus balance is removed.
Sticky vs Non-Sticky Bonuses
A non-sticky (also called "cashable") bonus can itself be withdrawn once wagering is complete. A sticky bonus cannot â only the winnings generated from it can be withdrawn. Sticky bonuses often have higher base amounts to compensate for this limitation.
Example: Sticky bonus of RM500 â you win RM800 after rollover â you can withdraw RM800 in winnings, but not the original RM500 bonus credit.
Maximum Cash-Out
Some bonuses cap the amount you can withdraw from bonus-derived winnings, regardless of how much you win. This protects the platform from extreme outlier jackpot scenarios triggered by bonus play. Always check this limit before claiming a bonus.
Example: Max cash-out = RM500 on a free spin bonus â even if you spin to RM3,000, only RM500 is withdrawable from that bonus.
Practical Advice:
Always read the full Terms & Conditions before claiming any bonus. Pay special attention to the rollover multiplier, the game contribution list, the expiry date, and the maximum cash-out cap. A bonus with a low rollover and no max cash-out is generally more valuable than a large bonus with restrictive terms.
